CONGRATULATIONS ON THE PURCHASE OF YOUR NEW PUPPY!!! EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO INSURE THAT HE/SHE GETS THE BEST START POSSIBLE. THE PUP HAS BEEN STARTED ON ITS VACCINATIONS SERIES, BEEN REGULARLY TREATED FOR THE PREVENTION/TREATMENT OF INTERNAL PARASITES AND GIVEN LOTS OF T.L.C
1- Rose Lane Schnauzers guarantees the puppy to be pure bred and registerable or recordable with one of the following registries: UKC or AKC.
2- The pup may be checked by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 72 hours. Should the vet find the pup ill, or not as represented, a full refund of the purchase price will be given upon the return of the pup within 72 hours. No refunds given after the initial 72 hour illness warranty.
3- Pup is guaranteed until 1 year of age against all fatal and life threatening congenital diseases which adversely affects the health of the animal. This guarantee does not cover incorrect bites, undescended testicles, coccidia/giardia or other parasites/worms common to all puppies, undesireable ear sets, as well as any purely cosmetic issues. In the event of a serious life threatening condition, if reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the pup. Seller must be notified within 5 days of vet diagnosis. Replacement pup will be for any available pup of Buyer's choosing, of equal purchase price of original pup, upon return and surrender of original pup.
4- Rose Lane Schnauzers cannot guarantee specific coat type or size at maturity- though we will do our best to be as accurate as possible. All puppies under 16 weeks old are sold strictly as pets with no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the pup in the future, regardless of show or breeding potential seen as a pup, unless specified in the bill of sale.
5-If for some reason, ever, the Buyer cannot provide a permanent home for this dog, Rose Lane Schnauzers is willing to assist in efforts to re-home the Schnauzer. The Buyer is not entitled to any refund of money or expenses, if owner surrenders or re-homes their dog.
6- Seller will not be responsible under any circumstances for any veterinary (or other) bill incurred by Buyer. All transportation costs are to be paid by Buyer, including those incurred if the terrier is returned.
7- This contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of California, in the county of San Bernardino. it is agreed that the place of venue shall be San Bernardino County, CA.
